Yaara teri ye yaari,
hai hamari jaan se pyari,
Pehli mulakat mujhe,
aaj bhi hai yaad mujhe,
Hamare kadam jo yun hain mile,
saath jude hain saare silsilay,
Raaston ke faasle yun mit te gaye,
zindagi ke lamhe saath kat te gaye,
Gamon ko door hum karte chale,
khushyon ki potli hum bharte chale,
Sikan kabhi na aaye tere maathe pe,
dukh ki chhaya kabhi na pade tere saaye pe,
Gar kabhi fahse bhi kaaton ki jhurmut mein,
mujhe yaad karlena o dost raahon mein,
Door hone ke babjood mein,
pass tere rooh mein hoon mein,
Jhak kar dekho tum mujhe to,
Samne nazar aaonga mein,
Yeh vaada hai mera tumse o dost,
meri zindagi saada rahegi teri o dost.
